Refund policy

Completed promotional placement purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where Channel Wars cannot deliver the purchased placement.

If two buyers pay for the same channel version, only the first successful atomic capture is delivered. The other payment is refunded because the placement could not be delivered.

Reaching a Stripe success page does not by itself transfer a channel. Only a verified webhook plus an atomic database capture finalizes placement.
